SkyTrak 700 transmission issues

Inherited a Skytrak 700 that had sat for years.
Drained water contaminated transmission fluid and flushed 3 times and replaced fluid.
After a warm up period, am able to get reverse to work ON HIGH REVS but not forward.
Any suggestions?
Also where the hell is the engine oil dipstick on this 700?
I have no operating Manuals.
Let me know if you need serial numbers or any other info that can help.

the engine is a minneapolis moline tractor engine.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but friction discs don't do well when contaminated by water. The clutch material will degrade and fall of the disc. If you remove the filter and cut it open you will probably find clutch material inside. Sounds like a tear down and rebuild time. You could get lucky and find that the spools in the control valve are stuck. Good luck to you.

"Bad news?" Well, at least no locusts (yet).
I was afraid of the water issue and the disc material.
The machine sat for around 10 years and I just started it without considering there was water contamination.
I may have stirred up the water that was sitting at the bottom of the sump?? (wishful thinking) but then immediately drained it and... boiled off the water in batches on a hot plate (yeah, I know, idiot move but it worked and was cost effective)
Previous owner left a transmission filter so the next step will be to replace it and do a dissection as you suggest.
Will look into the control valve and test my luck.
Thanks for the insight.
