Everyone, pardon me but i am new to this Case. My 2013 just hit 2000 hours, and when it did it popped up with a wrench icon saying heavy. Obviously this is probably a maintenance that needs to be performed, but what maintenance is it? Thanks

The service minder is showing your due for 2000 hr. service.
Just as you suspect.
Once completed the tech will reset the computer.

What if Cenni does the maintenance himself? Can he reset his own maintenance reminder?

Turn key on (engine off)
Push enter button.
Scroll to oil reset image or 2000 hr service which ever you see, with arrow buttons.
Push enter button until image flashes. Will then show Off. Wait a few seconds, and screen will automatically go back to hour screen
