Looking for the gal/HP/hr numbers. This is done in a lab under controlled conditions. Nebraska Tractor Tests do this.

I want to compare fuel consumption between the two engines. One having much larger displacement. One having HUI fuel system versus mechanical fuel pump.

I'm not sure if it is the right information but the engine tags always specify mm3/stroke of fuel at max power. So a little math and you have something like a fuel consumption per hour number.
