was having troubles with ecm see my earlier post. Replaced old relay with new relay. Both these relays get hot with key on. Is this normal?
Can I send my ecm off to somebody that can check or rebuild it?
Can somebody test my ecm on there machine?

Exactly. Relay getting warm is expected - but not hot. Look for wrong voltage rating as stated or if the harness has been hacked and some item placed in series with the relay coil. Also has someone added an item with a large draw on the load side of the relay? Short in the harness?

Make sure the relay is capable of switching the amp load it needs to.

You could measure the amp draw of the coil and load to see if both are as expected.
