Bobcat 325G left control console has play

Hi, I have a 2011 325 bobcat mini excavator that has some up and down play on the left hand console where you lock the console for the controls to work. I have tore it apart trying to find the reason why and also talking with the dealer and coming up short. Attached are a few pictures. Is there a bushing that goes where the bolt is? Is the arm with the slot wore out? Im just trying to find a solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It does appear you are missing a sleeve/bushing...
