Operators I say this lightly because no one done it they never do ...own up to breaking something and how it happened
My shops first call hose busted replaced hose and needs replacing ...
replaced busted hose noticed tilt was limited and angle to left was good but not half to the right it would stop farther looking rod on right cylinder was bent and not allow it to move back ...
Cylinder was removed and taken apart rod bent rod end split and barrel scarred ( I call rod end the screw in head on barrel with dust wiper and seals for rod)
Replaced with a good used complete cylinder everything worked fine but not been on a job site to really work it ..
Got a call from job site nothing on blade works unless operator shakes control and sometimes it works and not
All 3 functions stop and doesn't stress engine …..now its at shop
My question is ? ive had problems with blade up and it would drop slow 2 inches then go up that was solved with cats top tech help with compensator valve adjustment now its a big headache
Could my problem be pump slow failure on signal side compersator valve controls it but what is inside of pump to react to that
Every pump pressure test I read says 5 secs for top blade load and bottom down blade load and left right angle and tilt could they have over stressed the pump and caused this problem trying to make blade work when rod was bent on angle

I would bet that he metal from the damaged cylinder has gone into the system and blocked/jammed/damaged something, probably in the main control valve.
First thing I did was open main control valve and check everything and reseal ... found nothing
