2013 Kubota svl90-2. Intermittently stopped having lift and curl power. Then yesterday I lost almost all speed and power on lift and curl. Also when running aux with a Harley rake it had no power to turn the rake when it was in the ground. Almost like the machine was at idle. Track functionality has not been effected. Please help ASAP!

If you're running hydraulic pilot controls for lift and drive, tells you pilot pressure and coupler are good. Does it have a gear or piston pump

It has a gear driven pump. Did some diagnostics according to the shop manual. The pressure relief valve was supposed to be the issue. Bought the new valve for$875 from the dealer and still have low pressure relief 2k psi when it should be 3.5k psi. Might have to go to the dealer

Wow for $875 should have done a flow test at the outlet of the pump. Would tell you if the internals are good or if the splines are worn out

We did a pressure test on both sides of the pump. Pressure side was fine roughly 550 psi which was well within specs. The low side of the pump was getting low relief pressure when the bucket was curled at full throttle it was letting pressure go at 2000 psi where it should be 3500-3700 psi as per specs.

Right but where were you losing displacement to the actuator.... bypass in the pump housing.... poor transmission on the pump shaft... or leaking to the tank through the relief valve

So the pump pressure side is around 550 psi. The pressure is supposed to relieve at 3500 psi it’s relieving at 2000 or so psi. The shop manual tells you how to diagnose and what ports to put the gauges on however the relief valve seems to not have been the problem.

Its a piston pump with load sensing. 500 psi is the margin / standby pressure? Do you have more than 2000psi on the sensing line?

Hey 90plow I'm having the same issue with my SVL-90. What did your issue end up being?
