Did brakes and backing plates (carrier bearing seals) now I need to put fluid/oil back. What do I use and where do I add it? The manual says either 85 or 90w Just double checking

The transaxle fill location is through the dipstick hole.
If the climate is warmish - 85W 140
If its cooler - 80W 90

Either will work OK - Whatever you have at hand really.........

The dipstick hole is in the floor panel just in front of the operators seat, There may be a plug covering the hole. Should be a friction type dipstick with a loop on end to pull up on.
