2008 287c skid steer Replaced demand pump (seal was leaking) ran machine about an hour worked great next time I use it ran about half hour then lost rpm and power. At full throttle rpm is only 1200 rpm machine won’t move. All other hydroelectric work great. When raising Or lowering boom the rpm goes to 2500 rpm machine moves fine stop using hydraulic rpm drops run rough smokes and feels like motor is loaded up. Change all filters new hydraulic fluid changed pickup pump , put old fan back on no change . Need Help

Serial number please.
Does this machine have the optional high flow? Also have you rechecked over every thing you have done?

Ser#CAT0287camaso1542. Yes it has high flow. Put new fan back on . Just took all valves on valve stack off one at a time checked O-Ring and ohm coil not sure what all resistance should be but they were about the same .that said I can turn off the auxiliary Hydraulic same problem

Hi sounds like your pump is stroked up for some reason
First off start the machine and operate the RH joy stick in all positions including the thumb wheel and buttons if equipped and note the engine condition, if one position does not make a difference let us know
if no difference from above, disconnect and block the hose going to the pump control valve and try the machine to see if the engine still loads up
this should tell us if you have a problem with the pump stroking up or not

It sounds like your pump is stroking up, either by a faulty control on the pump or mechanical issues i.e. swash plate locked up
Have you the ability and tooling to check pump pressures?

Around 300psi + signal pressure but not to exceed max/cut off pressure.

So in neutral without anything activated 300 ..ish
