Not sure on oil in transmission planning on changing it and all the filters

Far as coolant water and regular antifreeze and no it doesn't heat

Not show all the components replacement just bought it 3 weeks ago

G..G..G..Granville.........!! Fetch your cloth.
10W Hydraulic is the recommended oil, so you're not far off there.
If it has green "old style" anti-freeze in it a switch to a red ELC coolant might be worthwhile.

Next step would be to change transmission oil and filters, cut old filters and look for particles in the bottom of the pleats. Personally I'd go for OEM filters and a good brand (Shell, Mobil, etc.) 10W oil.

Do you have an Operation & Maintenance Manual for it..? Best $50 you'll ever spend.

For a manual, go to https://catpublications.com/
On the popup click, "Continue as Guest"
Type SEBU7115-06 in the box and hit Search. That is good for all 2ZN-prefix machines above 1750, yours is 3520
The illustration below should be at the top of the list that pops up. $46 for an immediate pdf download, $55 (plus S&H) for a paper version.

Definitely transmission temp and not hydraulic temp you're looking at?
If so then it's the splitter box that's getting hot. Check its oil level. It only holds a couple of gallons and if it's overfull it will overheat.

Believe it brother.

Let me tell you about a main marine C32 suffering from chronic overheating. After several expensive weeks of troubleshooting, it was discovered that someone had swapped the dipstick with one from one of the gensets, resulting too much oil in the sump.
Oh, and the genset was underfull, but no damage luckily.

The reason it was found is that someone *raises hand* compared the dipsticks from the port and starboard engines.

Lol lets hope im puting new oil and filters on tomorrow night so we shell see
Well if you are doing the full service I hope you took the advice of Nige and downloaded the manual so as to not miss something or get levels worng by checking them in the wrong way or miss a washout filter that may not be obvious.

Oh and don't forget to drain water and crap out of the fuel tank, one of the most important steps that gets forgotten!
