now this is update i came to post. i got the a/c to work now. me and i friend went to charge it up on Sunday and i guess the connector on the a/c pump wasn't connected properly because he moved the connector while he was hooking up his gauges and the a/c blew cold air. we didn't even add gas to the system. today i tried it but i still got the controller error again. what i observed is that the air is not being distributed properly in the different modes. i'm guessing that mud/dirt/dust got in there and is blocking the distribution doors. the previous owner had that cab very muddy/dusty. when i was cleaning out the cab i pulled out the seat and spent about 3 days in there. when i get time off again i will open it up and have a look. meanwhile i will take a look at that service mode.

The air conditioning components are mounted behind the seat in the cab and can be accessed by removing the plastic covers. I don't know what the seats are like in those newer machines but the older ones were just four bolts holding the seat at the floor level. I used to just tip the seat over and let it hang on the travel levers. Air pressure and a big shop vac will do wonders. Dirt is probably just stuck in the doors. That seems to be what the codes are indicating anyway.

the seat itself is easy to get out but its extremely heavy. i recommend removing the travel levers/pedals first. beyond that is where is gets complicated. its tough for me to explain because i dont know the specific names of the parts that the seat is bolted on to.

the seats are no longer bolted at floor levels. there a raise over the floor vent, then there's a plate on top of that. then the seat is bolted on that plate. i will open up the blower and see if there's any dust in there.

Thanks. Yes I want to open the blower box up I hear u can see in the AC side a little as well
kool. just know that if you to remove frames under the seat completely it going to be messy. you must remove the oil lines from the control lever to be able to get left console off of the frame/plate that it's bolted onto.

so i opened up the blower assembly (if that's the correct name for it) and i got to those and cleaned them up. they were covered in dust and old hard grease so it cause a restriction in the movements of the vent doors. but im still getting and error when i select the system to divert the air to the front and rear vents so i think i have to really get in there next time and clean the doors themselves.20190528_141024.jpg 20190528_141107.jpg
