i have some cat 730 rims & tires that I would like to put on another brand off road truck. Do all the rims have the same bolt pattern for 25" rims? What other trucks would these fit?

Would the rims fit any other make of truck..? Highly unlikely unless they use Cat axles. For other manufacturers that use 3rd party axles on their equipment there is a small possibility that rims might be interchangeable between different truck brands.
AFAIK there is no "standard" bolt pattern.

not just stud pattern you would have to worry about but also the offset of the rim. the Volvo's have the same pattern on most of it's ADT range (ZF Axles), but the offset is different from series to series and size of machine as well so as to try to stay with certain width restrictions, as fwf says better to just swap rubber over if they'll fit
