Unit idles rough, seems it may be missing/sputtering at about 1600 rpm
changed filters and no leaks that i can see. possible injector failing?

I would start by putting a clear line on the pump inlet.. {check for air/bubbles}
Its probably a bad lift pump.?? or a collapsed line.??

We see that o-ring missing on many occasions causing running issues. It likes to stick to the old filter and many guys don't see it when they switch the bowl over to the next filter. Serial number would be a big help, especially the letter just before the last six digits. Any codes?

Learned that on my 544K. If I don't include the "E" before the last 6 digits of my serial number, I get the wrong filters, because...the engine package changed in the middle of K series production :(
