First check the F7 1 amp PVC fuse. Also check the F8 and F9 5 A solenoid fuses.
To read codes:
Read the LED flashing sequence in the PVC several times to make sure the correct fault code is read.
DO NOT read the engine controller (B) fault code.
1. Lower bucket to the ground. Stop engine, Pull pilot shut-off lever up to lock position.
2. Remove rear console cover from behind operators seat.
3. Install a wire (G) into the diagnostic computer connector (F) as shown.
4. Turn key switch ON.
5. NOTE:
If no fault codes exist or trouble is beyond the scope of self-diagnosing function, no flashing sequence by LED in PVC is seen. The LED remains OFF.
With key switch turned ON but no wire installed in the diagnostic computer connector, a steady one second ON one second OFF flashing sequence is seen.
Do retry A or Retry B, if fault codes flash.
6. Read fault codes on PVC several times. Make a record of fault codes.
Long flashes-one second ON one second OFF are 10’s.
Short flashes-one half second ON one half second OFF are 1’s.
Delay-a three second OFF delay separates fault code flashes.
Example (H), Fault code 23:
Two long flashes, three short flashes followed by a three second delay. The sequence is repeated or an additional fault code or codes are given.
Example (I), Fault codes 03 and 10.
