An LT or a B, You just cant beat that look!
The above trucks with the "L" cabs are still "B" models using the unitized B model nose. The LT's used a fender design more like an old Peterbilt or Kenworth.
Personally, being 6'1" tall with long legs, I would prefer the L style cab.
And no... You just cant beat the look. :)

definitely like the B model with L cab. I always wondered how mack identified the "B" with L cab ? were they the B77 & 75 only ?

B73's could also use the L cab, 73's were Cummins powered and 75's were Mack powered. Cummins power were 220's, 250's and 335's. The B cab was standard the L cab was the option.

I went and got the cylinders for my cab. One has a bent rod they both had water in them and the rods are all the way out and rusty but they move so maybe i can clean them up and make 2 from 4.

Yes it is and Cats arrived by train unloaded and used in the construction of the Hope-Princeton highway. The FWD with the low bed was latter concerted to a tandem with the second axle being chain driven hesrd from several old boys about this but could not find any pictures.
