Hey guys. 2012 CNH 4520 Titan. Purchased last fall, ran fine. Fuel filters were last changed spring 2016, so we figured they needed changing. Installed new filters, cycled key about a dozen times, attempted to start. Engine caught briefly, then died. Tried again, cranked for about 5-6 seconds, no go. Called my shop guy, he said to keep cranking for at least 15-20 seconds before giving starter a break, so we did. Started after about 10 seconds. Ran for about 15 minutes, shut down. Next day, required 10+ seconds to start. Let warm up, took out on road and ran hard for an hour. Next day, same thing. Replaced all filters with new CNH filters. Let run 15 minutes, and this morning same story. Any ideas beyond pulling check valves? Thanks.

We had missed an oring on a drain valve that got swapped for a clear plastic bowl in our application that caused some serious starting problems. Didn’t leak externally but managed to allow the fuel to leak back when stopped. Lots of frustration and great relief when it was finally sorted.
