I recently purchased a 2001 Terex Ta27 off road dump truck. The brakes (air/hyd) will not release. Any help in how to go about diagnosing the problem would be very helpful. I hate to start throwing money at parts without some help. Thank you for your input.

Regards

Update,

treadal valve under brake pedal found to be bad, along with a crushed hydraulic line along the rear axle that connects to the brake caliper. Now I have functioning brakes.
