MT55 with Kubota D905 not getting fuel up to the injectors. When you remove the fuel shutdown solenoid and toggle the manual shutdown lever nothing inside moves around. Thinking this is the issue that won't left fuel up to the injectors. Any ideas on what could cause this? Work pulling the pump out the top to diagnose?

Are you possibly air locked and no fuel is moving through the injection pump head. Pressurize the fuel tank 1-2 psi and see if any fuel starts to come out of a loosened injector line. Simon

The HARD PART is.. if its stuck, it needs to move> inorder to get into the correct position to clear the block..
If u have access to the side of the pump?? I don't know if that mdl. has a throttle access plate? if it does, remove it so u can get to the pump rack & throttle mechanism easily.. & w/ some GENTLE persuation, you can get the rack to move slightly.. enough to get to the engine block cut-out..
Good luck & let us know if u have problems..
The parts in there are mostly made out of pot metal or real thin stamped metal{tin} so they wont take a lot of hammering or prying w/o bending or breaking..

Here is what the pump removal is like, one thing to add, Don't mess up the gasket under pump, that's what determined inj pump timing...

Note, this is just to show pump removal, your application may have different applications...

SEE the cut out in the engine block.. {1:28} Your "rack pin" has to be in that position inorder for the pump to come up & out.
The shims UNDER the pump are very important.. don't lose them.
"IF" u decide to send the pump out for service.. REMOVE the shims if they're stuck to the bottom of the pump.. they have a strong tendency NOT to came back w/ the repaired pump..{then your screwed}
