Hello,
We have midi wheel excavator Komatsu PW95R. It has problem with high temperature of engine. Gasket of head changed, Radiator with cap too. When we work with excavator, engine temperature goes at high area. When we work with cylinders temperature rise slowely to high area, when we use travel, then engine temperature faster rise to high area.
What is problem ?
Problem in Hydraulic or engine and what is?
Thanks

Have you flushed the radiator? Inside and out?
Does the water pump work correctly?
Is the thermostat working correctly?
When you changed the head gasket? Did you clean the engine? Water passage?
Do you have coolant in the radiator? Or water?

At the beginning, there is foam inside radiator and itis not clear to me,
Coolant flow through system, visibly in cab heather,
Thermostat removed,
Engine block was clean, when head gasket changed,
Level coolant is OK.
(Can it be cracking engine liner that is manifested by an increase in temperature or wear of the water pump at the border?)
