4 years went by awful fast - My 1994 'hybrid' F350. . The crap they put on our roads here really takes a toll. I put new fenders on, a radiator support, new cab corners, and all the cab bushings. The cab corners I epoxied on with that 2 part tube 3M stuff, it works good, don't get it in your hair. The next day you can take a disc grinder to it & smooth it off. The cab mount bushings were the toughest part, big thick rubber just resists all effort to drive it apart. Finally took the sawzall, cut the bolts & welded them back together. I never painted with anything other than a spray can, I had to get a bigger compressor to run the gun. I sanded all the old green paint [the old clear coat is tough] used the primer from TS, and the Majic paint [IH red} from there. 3 coats. Theres no runs in it, no orange peel, not a premier job you'd get from a pro, but the paints 35.00 a gallon, and the painter a rookie. It looks about 100 times better than it did. It's a firewood truck after all, not some pussy wagon. f1.jpg
