Maybe my question doesn't exactly come under the forum, but couldn't find anything better than here. So, if you could help, it would be great.
One of my friends is working in a hospital in Ontario. So the hospital team is planning to extend the hospital. A new block is under construction. Hence all the medical equipment have to be relocated to the new block. Also, there will new laser equipment too. As being in the management team she has the responsibility for the equipment relocation. Anyone aware of any medical equipment transport companies? I've come to know about a company offering the service- https://www.armstrongscientifictransport.com , but just making sure I am choosing the right one.

There is a lot of heavy and expensive medical equipment that has to be transported. So, the importance is to have the equipment transported and relocated without any damage.

Doesn't sound like you need transport. For the heavy items. You need a millwright and rigger company experienced in medical equipment.

The instruments and such will need vendor support to recalibrate them after the move. You might suggest asking them for such folks.

Any good large crane outfit will have machinery moving equipment, or know the guys that perform that work in your area. I just moved a MRI machine for a vet clinic, it isn't anything special, just a few things different from any other type of machinery.

Generally the floors require a little more protection than moving equipment in a factory. And the cabinets don't tend to be as rugged as industrial items.

I've been involved with several other moves of medical equipment, where a rigger company pulled it out of the building and then I loaded it with a crane.

Talk to the local big crane rental outfits, they will know who to talk to.

Looks like the company you linked too doesn't really move the big MRI stuff, just the files and lab stuff.

However, they are located in toronto, just like you are, and if you're just trying to get clicks on your site, or drum up some business, you probably are better off on some medical site. Looks like their facebook site just went up too, but really- most of us aren't going to need your services.

Thanks for the suggestion, will try to talk to some crane rentals in my area...
About the link, it is something one of my friends suggested to me. As I said before, just making sure if they would be good for the relocation.
Anyways thanks for the share people...
