Been a while, but I replaced all four hydraulic lines and extend and retract cables with boom together on my 524D-3s. Recall it being a bit of a pain but more in dealing with the cables than the hydraulic lines. On mine the hydraulic lines were seriously stretched and it took some trial and error to figure out the correct length. Don’t know what the differences are between the 524 and 534 though.

I had already replaced the cable they broke on the job, then the line went out. Thought someone might know a way to repair it that is not so time consuming. Thanks for the reply. If I figure an easy way, will share it.
