hello,
our ranch has a galion t500m motor grader.
the 8 section valve manifold is leaking, so much that you have to add 1-2- gallons daily to operate it 2-3 hours.
one company is looking for a good used block, but my question is , does anyone know of a company that could rebuild the existing valve manifold?? preferably in the dallas, tx, okc, or tulsa ok. area, as our properties are about equal distance from the three.

thanks for your help !!

The boots need replacement, not overly difficult really. You need some hose spring clamp pliers to remove the clamps, most likely a tool truck purchase. The boots should still be available from Komatsu. Drain the hydraulic tank, remove the linkage and replace all the boots, reassemble and fill with oil and you’re good to go.

I ordered the boots, and lower seals, from Kirby Smith machinery.
Took about 2-3 hours for me and my son too install, but not too difficult if you take your time.
It made a huge difference.
The machine is much better.
Thanks for the help!!!
