Detroit 12 V 92 Turbo smoke out breather

The engine has 4 separate heads only one head does smoke come out the breather off the valve cover. It smokes more out the breather under load and very little at idle. Only the one head does this. There is no smoke coming out other breathers and no noticeable out of exhaust. What could cause this?
