The screen #25 is washable. Unless it is damaged it should not require replacement. However if you are using the machine very little (and by the accumulated hours since new it sounds like it) you should really be removing that water separator every 3 months, 6 at the outside, to check for the presence of water. Machines that don't get used very often wll accumulate water through condensation in the tank. One way to reduce the chance is to always keep the tank full of fuel.

I have a 920 that had similar symptoms about a year ago. It has a newer style fuel cap on it and the vent on the cap was almost completely plugged off. It would start and idle just fine but would bog down after a minute or two of actually using the loader. Just my $.02

I have checked this part numbered 25. I have changed it in the near past. It was clean LIKE NEW,there was no water so this can not be the problem.
Do you have any suggestions?

Follow the advice given. What's the history of the machine? how long owned? how long the problem's existed?

Check your fuel pressure at the port on the final fuel filter, at high idle should be 29 to 58 psi. If it isn't check the check valve in the fuel return line. Also there is a internal screen at the inlet on the fuel transfer pump. If all else fails go to your Cat dealer and ask them to print out the pages from systems operation testing and adjusting, they have actually seen one of these engines!

3114.... sleeves in head allowing combustion into fuel. Ensure the water pump belt is tight as
Usually it slacks off allowing engine temp to raise and affect sleeves. Clear tube on return line out
Of head will be the go.
