'93 Deere 310D front differential locked and cant unlock

Does the 310E have a shuttle valve for the MFWD? I have been working on a 210le and it has a shuttle valve for it and I had to replace the one for the park break because it somehow got bent or the spring became weak. IF its the same it is very easy to pull out and inspect.

All the 310 and 410 models of this generation use a solenoid as pictured in the schematic, item #9, PN: AT149770, and utilize a switch # 2, PN: AT86950 to confirm engagement/disengagement, illuminating the indicator. Once the weather clears up I'll check if I'm getting power at the soleniod, if so is the solenoid actuating appropriately or does it need to be cleaned/ adjusted.

After looking that part up it is completely different than the 210le.

went to check it but everything was working properly. Ill keep a meter in the machine should it act up again I can troubleshoot. thank you all for your help
