Genie S-125 Boom wont extend

Having issues with our Genie s125 where the boom wont extend out and the axles are out all the way as far as i can tell. The serial number is s12511-2914. When you try and function the boom from the lower control panel it beeps and points to the axles on the display. I have inspected the roller switches on the axles and they at least seem to be functioning. I tried to follow genies procedure for ohming them but i obviously don't know what I'm doing. I can tell you that with a power test light it doesn't matter if the switch is activated or not the two outer wires have power either way, or inner wires depending on your angle. That goes for both axles. Each axle has what appears to be 2 proximatey magnets also. I was going to attempt to test those but ran out of time and pulled a wire out the back of a connector so i was not happy!
Any advice? Isnt there a way to narrow it down to one of the sensors with the machines diagnostics?

On a Z135 (similar?) the wheel sensors have to be in calibration and in the out position to extend the boom. If you want to verify its the sensors and not the hydraulics, you can swap the harness connector at the solenoid from boom in to the boom out and hit the boom in switch. If you hear the engine get loaded then you know your hydraulics are good. I had to fool an uncalibrated machine once to get it on a trailer and off a mine site. Service manual/calibration procedures can be downloaded from Genie website.

Im almost certain that the axles are out all the way, there is a sensor issue as the lower display points to the axles having an issue.
I am thinking that there isnt an issue with the roller switches as they both seem to be reading the same and physically seem fine. My guess is that its one of the magnetic switches not reading so i was hoping to see if there is a way to test these or if the diagnostics on the machine can narrow this down because there are 2 of these sensors per axle.
This machine doesnt have the X axles like the Z-135, they telescopic straight out like a S80 or JLG 1350.

If the level switch is bad, or you are on unlevel ground, it won't let it boom out either.
