I'm a bit of an outsider on this forum, having limited experience running heavy equipment. What I am is a video production geek who for the past 5 years has been planning a series of educational kids videos about heavy equipment. I come here to see if anyone has an interest in helping make quality kids videos that will teach them about the real world. My reason for this project is pretty simple. Some of the best times in my life were when my boys were 4, 5, and 6 years old. We watched every video I could buy and it really helped my kids build some common sense. Today our children need to reconnect with the real physical world and learn about mechanical concepts. Something that seems to be on the decline. I've spent lots of time meeting and talking with corporate marketing people most of them I met at ConEXPO 2017 they were helpful but clean new equipment is not what I have in mind. In each episode we will feature a specific make and model of heavy equipment talking about what is different between each and how and why they are designed as they are. An example would be starting with a D6N VS D6K etc. My email is enproductionsllc@gmail.com and I'd love to share more information if you would like.
If this kind of post is not welcome on the forum, please disregard, and I'll remove it asap. thanks eric
