I was in Arizona last spring and seen some copper mines. Pictures do not do these mines justice on how large they are. Unbelievable on how big they are, must be something to work there.
Come to think of it I think that HEF member Eric works and lives down by Silver City, maybe he will know something about this mine.

Those modern open pit mines are impressive ! Would like to get out that way to see it myself one day .
Also have an interest in seeing the old underground mines with the "Boom Towns " that sprung up around them when they were going big .
