If your going all out strip the entire engine and paint that ugly thing. Route all the hoses and looms clean, buff all the brass fitings, hose clamps turned and hidden. Find some orange silicone water and intake piping. Make the inside like the out. Its looking awesome! Then go to some judged shows!

Thank you! Yes, the engine is getting painted and everything that is aluminum is getting polished. Complete engine detail :)

WOW. Look into a product by the name of Shark Hyde. I use it on my wheels and only clean with soap and water for six months, then strip (easily ) polish and re apply the Shark hyde.

OMG. Truly an obsession at this point.
