dear colleague,
are there anyone/company that using Caterpillar HEX 6030? what do you think about this picture..please help me to found the main root cause. my company have 10 Units and 4 unit had this problem failure and the other 5 unit under monitoring. that all unit its about 3000 - 8000 Hrs of HM.

3 causes come to mind:
Improper use ------------- Your operators are using the machines outside it's intent
Improper care ------------ Proper lubrication or other service missing.
improper construction ---- CAT had a problem with this part or it's installation and it needs to be replaced/reworked.


I don't use the machines, just jumping in with some thoughts to start the search for the root cause of failure.
