The scrapper is about 12-14 feet wide , made of about 14-18 in. "I" beam steel with a hole cut in it to allow the grapples to close inside it . The ends have a plate across each end to reinforce it . And worn out Grader cutting edges are welded around center hole and along bottom and ends to reinforce it and wear down , replaced when needed . And yes they are very simple and very useful .
