The machine is starting but cutting off after a minute or less. Sometimes it needs a few cranks before it can start again but just run for a minute or less and cut off. Can a shut off solenoid cause this or it should not start at all?

Can the injectors cause this too?

If your machine has the plate above the rack you can check it out with a screwdriver

When our 140 acted like that it was almost always the fuel filter and/or water separator.
