my volvo wheel loader does not engage forward 3rd and fourth gear and does not engage reverse gear at times

Error: monitoring engine revolutions

I am using volvo L90E, and it has been showing warning of "Error Monitoring engine revolutions" it sometimes shows rpm of engine, when it shows rpm error message gets eliminated. Also, when it shows rpm it engages 3rd and 4th gear and when does not show rpm it dies not engage gear. kindly help me out??
