CAT 428E trouble

Our CAT 428E will not start engine, but when we move control of implement then it can start. :Banghead ?????

Its a "safety" switch somewhere down the line..
I don't know what switch, cuz I don't know what controls your moving..
BUT.. the engine is "sensing" its NOT IN NUETRAL and therefore wont start..
Its probably just a simple adjustment..

Hi Husika maiby a linkcage of a control remins actived and the engine rotates slowly due to a hidraulic charge and dosent start
