Hello !
Can any help me with Allison transmission, we have dump track DP705 with Allison transmission and it slow shift in range of speed, with load and slope terrain will not shift in higher speed. There aren't any codes on display and wiring is OK. Which value of pressures on Allison transmission (torque IN-OUT, lockup clutch, clutches of speed etc.) ?
Thanks !

We had a truck with an Allison that sometimes just wouldn't shift. It was like it would get stuck in second gear. If we stopped, shut it off and waited a few minutes, started it, it would be fine for a while. Our regular mechanic couldn't "pull any codes" on the tranny. We finally took it to the Allison people, and they found a sensor that wasn't working properly. They replaced it (a simple job) and it was a different truck--more power and better shifting.

We checked the solenoids (resistance approximately 15 ohms, and tim-boost sol 11 ohm), speed sensors (300 ohms at 10-20 ° C), sump temp (about 500 ohm at appr 80°C). We don't konw value of pressure on lines tramission - main pressure. Is it 150 - 250 psi ?
