The hyd function to actuate the hammer is not activating. nothing on the right joystick seems to work except the boom functions. my tech tells me we are not getting signal to the joystick he is currently trouble shooting im just looking for a quick fix hopefully.

This might sound stupid but did you go into the menus and change your work tool? Also sometimes there are valves down near the swing motor that may need opening but I don't know if that is a cat option or if those are put inline afterwards

ITs a model 320DL and serial number is PHX02609, theres no valves on the turn table. yes we changes the work tool option. our CAT ET isn't compatible so were trying to acquire another units CAT ET to see if that works. It just seems like that option is not turning on.

is this a new problem that has just occurred? ,have you used this hammer feature before? I think it will be a Tool system 14/17 .could you post some photos of your right hand joystick and also of the area at the foot of the boom where the hammer hoses meet the valve blocks. There are many, many different options and the photos will help identify the system
to check hammer switch operation. disconnect the six pin connector from joystick and bridge pin no 4 black to pin 5 green (k843) this will send signal to ECM to bypassing hammer switch
see sch below
