Kubota M125X PTO won't turn off

Have a Kubota M125X with around 3500 hours. It has been used mainly to run a feed wagon.

About a week ago, the PTO stopped fully disengaging. When turned off in the cab, it still has enough torque to turn the empty feed wagon but not the wagon when it's loaded.

I was thinking about started with the PTO clutch valve.

Any ideas?

Its the PTO clutch brake (not sure if that's exactly what its called) It burns out from turning the pto off under a load to much. You will have to split the tractor to change it.
