It looks like clearance new is around .035". SEHS8972 says repair when combined wear in the bearings and shaft reaches 100 thou.

7TL1203 We have .073 clearance and We have both roller frames off so we will make repairs now. Thanks for the info.

Sent shaft to local Dealer which has a good machine shop , They are going to cut the shaft down and use undersize bearings.
