Hi i have been having a ton of issues with my kenworth leaning to the right. Its a 91 t600 converted to a straight truck. It would always lean to the right when loaded, really bad to the point where the box would almost touch the tires. They said to replace airbags with leaf spring replaced with international rayco style leaf speings. the truck still leans to the right.not so much as with the airbags, but a good two inches. I am so fed up with this truck like you guys wouldnt believe. Mechanics have made me replace the shocks on the airbags, replace bags, add two adjusting valves. Made me replace the box. Iam running out of ideas and money at this point. this is a huge expensive paper weight. Any ideas.

It ain't rocket science, unloaded you jack up under the rearmost crossmember dead center until all the drivers are off the ground, then level the front with the steer axle springs. Air bags, make absolutely sure the bags and supports are all exactly the same, if you can use separate levelling valves for right and left, you just adjust the low side until is has more pressure and sets level. Done.

I have springs all around.

Wondering if this truck has a bent frame. If the springs that replaced the original air suspension were new or are they used ones from another truck? Like lantraxco says it's not rocket science, just need to start at the basic things and work back from there.

Many times a front leaf in the spring will be broken right where the u-bolt covers it and is hard to see unless you really clean it up and poke around.

As he says it rides fine empty it starting to sound like a weak spring or a broken one like you say. Seams like looking it over real close with a load on it would help determine where the problem is located. Not knowing if these are new springs leaves a lot to the imagination. A few good pictures showing the springs with a load on it would also help.
