Found old Roller on Maui

On vacation here so can't really search

Was driving the Road to Hana and once on the south side I saw this not too far off the side of the road.

Sorry if its been posted before, if anything this will let you all know its still there.

Any clue what it is?

That's it alright.

The road has surely been repaved in recent history but imagine this was from the original paving.

It's location for anyone interested.

I remember the old Hyster's that had only two drums front and rear with hitches and road tires to pull them from job to job.

Yair . . . They were surprising comments from the original poster I thought . . . it seems this style of roller is a rarity to him.

Three pointers were once standard here and are still in use, this one is for sale for thirty grand . . . .

There were thousands of them around in their day. The ones pictured here have the more modern roller wheels that can be filled with water for extra weight, other maybe earlier versions had spoked wheels.

Buffalo Springfield was one popular brand here in the US.
