HELP; Identifying specs and year of this Cat D3c

Im looking at a D3c and would like some info, i cant find crap on the internet. the dozer serial number is 7jg00090, has 3200 hours and was used by forest service as a fire plow plow is not on it now,,,anybody got any links on info on the baby. and maybe a value? Thanks in advance.
