no power checked bat. Good elect. System good ......it's like when on a car the "fusible link" goes bad? It was running and now nothing not even lights.....it's also blocking the road....oops.

What does that mean, good? Check the battery relay, should be very close to the batteries, might have to jumper the main lugs.
