Case 9020B throttle problem

I will start at the beginning, I slipped off swamp mats and went under water. The back end went under and the computer, motor controller and armrests stayed dry. After getting it out and getting it running everything worked fine. It was very cold and on the 2 hour haul home something froze and the throttle quit working. The Throttle motor was full of water so I replaced it. Still no throttle even in backup mode. Display shows and beeps electrical problem. Shows no codes. All wires from motor controller and throttle motor have continuity and 6-7 ohms resistance in a loop. Rpm sensor shows approx 3200 ohms resistance (don't know what spec is). I have cleaned, dried and dielectric greased all connections I could find. I am at wits end, any help would be greatly appreciated.

If I`m right, there is a wire between motor controller and fuel pump? When something froze up and controller try to give more rpm, it will make the wire to be longer than before ? I found 6-7 ohms little high, you wanna be closer to 0, but can be ok!

The cable to the injector pump is OK, that's how I am running it now, by manually pulling the cable and locking it. When I checked the wires I put a jumper between two wires at the throttle motor plug, then went up to the motor controller plug and checked continuity and then ohms in a loop, so it's testing two wires at a time. I don't have a wiring diagram so don't know whats all in this circuit.

If the throttle motor was stalled, it's possible a driver transistor or something in the computer that controls it burned out from overload? Wild guess. Might need to get the service manual information and try to figure out what kind and how much electrical power you need to the throttle motor.

Thanks lanstraxco, that makes a lot of sense. Has anybody ever sent a motor controller or computer in to get it repaired?
