Slow stick in

i got a 329 d excavator that is very slow in responding to stick in function, stick out has full speed to spec stick in takes abot 2 sec to respond and pics up momentum untill full speed .put a pressure gauge in liine with pilot line stick in pressure is slow in coming to spec ,any one had this fault before ,all other functions are with in spec, serial JAT

So to be clear the pilot pressure builds up gradually ? Do you have a pattern control changer on this machine ?

Hey mate check the machine this morning and it does have a pattern changer valve. It had creeped up locking bolt missing
