Reg, Looks like you have found another use for your lowboy, liked the motor noise great job.. Where you able to do all that on one battery? Thanks for sharing you have a Merry Christmas, also!
Fantastic model, think i add one on my wish list so i can show my grandchildren some real stuff! By the way, looks like youve got a flat tire on the rear axle right side outer on trailer.
Have a happy Christmas all of you!

Thanks for the info HDX you always come throught with their history. The snow is finally starting to go so that means it's time to get out and about..lol. Decca Industries did all the work on her, check their web site, cool stuff. She is at a good home now, all their trucks are kept mint. Hope these pics work for you
BC-12valve, nice shots of the old girl working, I was talking to someone from Capstan and they said they didn't use the truck as much as they hope for due to the wide wheel track that is 100", said a 90" track would allow easier highway permitting, or something of that sort.
I recently left the Kenworth dealership after 14 years for different work.
1931 kenworth Is that truck not one of Saunders 850's that went up that way??? I mean the one pictured in the last post
Great pictures I do not know a lot about KW's , but your never to late to join HEF , welcome aboard . Looking foreword to seeing more of your pictures .View attachment 131293
I'm late to the party, but here is my contribution. I took this photo summer of 1990 at Hobart Bay, Ak . She is parked on the ready line prepared to go to work. I had just performed a service on her and fixed a few things. At that time, Klukwan Forest Products was in full production. I believe this was an 850, but they also had a number of C500's. Tell me what you think it is.
