drill bits, easy outs, taps

Anybody else use a mini pneumatic die grinder? Mine is a blue point and looks like a dental tool. Uses mini carbide burrs. I drill out the bolt and then grind bolt real close to the threads in 3 or 4 places. Then I can usually break out bolt with a small chisel or screwdriver.
