2004 Isuzu 6SD1 Spluttering Running on 3cyl

Hi,
I have a Isuzu FZY with a 6SD1 Turbo engine thats not running great.
It runs fine on idle and when over 2000rpm, but between that it splutters and runs on 3cyl.
It has had 6 new injectors, the isuzu computer cant pick up any faults, isuzu dealer is out of ideas.
A mate suggested it might be the electronic accel pedal?
Or i was thinking maybe the governer in the pump?

Any suggestions?

sounds like the same problem except ours was putting out white smoke too. We had and it turned out to be a resistor on the machine side for the fuel pump.
