As a guess I would say lot's of people are interested in the answer to your question (as I am) but have no direct knowledge of this machine. Not negative, just not able to give any helpful answer.

I will say that if these are ex-rental machines that's about what I would expect, the tracks get torn up and when you put new tracks on to market it out of your rental fleet you get new sprockets as well. Sprockets are cheap for these little guys, tracks maybe not so much, hours on a set of tracks vary tremendously depending on ground conditions, operator ability, and actual type of work done. The tracks are small and go round and round a lot, so they do wear out rather quickly. If that's the only issue, just make sure you look over the rest of the machine carefully for signs of abuse.

Hopefully you get some feedback from the guys that actually work on or own the T110 soon.

Cheers :drinkup

They are handy, but are a ***** to work on. The engines and hydrostats won't ever let you down, but if you have a fuel tank or fuel pickup issue, the power pack comes out. Not fun.

Great for tight spots and the joystick controls make it much nicer to operate and power doesn't seem bad for a smaller machine. Hope that helps. :)

cheers Snowball I have a Posi track ASV RC30 great machine but the up keep on the under carriage is expensive, performs fantastic. just over the dollars I am putting into this machine. I do like the idea of the 2 speed feature on the T110.

We put 800 hrs on the 110 in all conditions and the tracks are still more than half left

I wondered why they only made the 110 for a couple years. Nothing even took it's place size wise. As far as I know there are just two machines in that weight class now. Taki 220 and asv 50.

I have one, and am mostly happy with it. I bought it with about 505 hours on it, and I just hit 630. I changed my tracks today, not because I needed to, but for more traction in the snow. The stock tracks still have lots of life left, just not really aggressive for snow/ice. Called Bobcat today, sprockets are about $290 each. I have the SJC controls with 2 speed. It lifts alot more than you would expect from a small machine and really flies in high range. I do sometimes have some problems turning in mud or heavy dirt. I have pressure tested everything and found all ok. I will chalk it up to SJC control problems. I did find the idle a little low, and the throttle not adjusted to get max spec RPM. Adjusted that up and seems a bit better. It has a full size quick attach, so attachments are plentiful. I have a bobcat 48" snow blower that I use with it and it is amazing how much snow you can move. I also have a 54" pickup sweeper that works well too. All in all, it's a pretty decent machine. The only real repair I had to make was replacing the exhaust flex hose from the engine to the muffler. It's relatively easy to service, and luckily the 500hr service was done at the Bobcat dealer before I bought it. I had an ASV RC30 and it was the worst machine I ever owned. Undercarriage was a nightmare. Seemed like I had to replace things quite often. I didn't even get alot of hours on it before I sold it. It did have a roomy cab with a good heater down by your feet where it is needed. I don't think I'd even look at an ASV again.

Hey Chass, I still have the T110, but only up to about 670hrs now. Machine is still running and working well. I have had a few more instances with SJC control issues, but I just shut the machine down and restart it and it goes away. I believe I still have a little warranty on the joysticks, so hopefully it will screw up constantly so I can get it replaced for free. Maybe just need them recalibrated. I bought a hydraulic quick attach kit for it, but haven't had a chance to put it on yet. The design of the machine makes the quick attack lock levers able to contact the loader arm frame when they are unlocked. Can't open my door very far when I have my pallet forks on, but it does have a full size backboard on the forks. I think I'll just cut the backboard down. I run without the door in the summertime, so it's not an issue then. Still no undercarriage issues so far. All in all, I'm still happy with it. I haven't run a T110 with manual controls, so I can't comment on that style. I bought a "Quick Attach Brush Buster Mini Mower" this spring and am looking forward to trying that out too.
