Standard flow is roughly 17 gpm, high flow should be 20 or better

Who is the manufacture of the brush cutter? If you can contact the OEM, they will tell you what it takes to run their attachments.

Should be plenty if your hydraulic system has been maintained. Most brush cutters will specify a range of flow rate at a specific pressure for the width of cut. High flow attachments are out there, but standard flow will be much more common.

new pump spec is approx 20gpm, used pump will probably flow approx 18-19 GPM

bobcat's 60" brushcat would work.
